Day 1: Arrive Cochin

Your Holiday begins today.
Upon arrival at the Cochin airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Check in Mid-Day.
Afternoon, proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of Cochin. The tour begins from “The Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays)” also known as Mattancherry Palace, built by Portugues in 1555, which is famous for its murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana and the puranic legends. Adjacent to the palace is the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays & Saturdays) built in 1568. Also visit the St. Francis Church (closed on Sundays), established by the Portuguese Franciscan friars in 1503. The Tour also includes visit to the seaside where one can still see the nearly a century old Chinese fishing nets, which are still in use.

In the evening, witness a Kathakali dance performance at a local theater, performed by various artists. Kathakali is a traditional dance form, depicting Indian epics (Ramayana and Mahabharata). The dancers are dressed in very colourful and elaborate costumes. Their faces are painted to depict various characters of these epics.

Day 2: Cochin – Munnar 
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed Munnar which is 150kms (4hrs) drive from Cochin. Later Check-in to the hotel and evening at leisure.

Day 3: Munnar
After breakfast go for local sightseeing of Munnar where you can visit Mattupatty Dam, EchoPoint, Tea Plantation visit, Rajmalai, Ervikulam National Park. Evening back to hotel.

Day 4: Munnar / Thekkady 125kms (4hrs)
After breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed for Thekkady which is around 125kms (4hrs) drive from Munnar. later go for spices plantation and shopping. Evening back to hotel.

Day 5: Thekkady (Periyar) – Kumarakom 
Enjoy an early morning boat ride viewing the wildlife. The wildlife includes wild Elephants, Indian Gaur, Monkeys, spotted Deer, Barking Deer, Wild Boar and birds of myriad varieties. Back to the hotel for breakfast.
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, drive from Periyar to Kumarakom (135 kms. / 4 hrs.) and upon arrival check-in at the hotel or at the House Boat.
Later in the evening sunset cruise of Vembanand Lake.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Kumarakom – Cochin – Depart Mumbai
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, your enchanting holiday to Kerala ends as you are transferred to Cochin airport for onward destination.
Your Holiday ends today and its time to travel back home.
