DAY 2: ENJOY MAGICAL & MEMORABLE DESERT SAFARI WITH BBQ DINNER
After breakfast, morning at leisure. Later in the day proceed for Desert Safari. The drive continues across the desert. Stop to watch the beautiful sunset before reaching the campsite, where you have the opportunity to do a camel ride, sand boarding (at additional cost). After working up an appetite, enjoy a delicious Ain Ferris Wheel Desert Safari barbeque dinner followed by belly dancing performance. Return to hotel with amazing memories of the desert safari. DAY 3: DUBAI EXPO – CONNECTING MINDS, CREATING THE FUTURE

Day 4: DUBAI CITY TOUR AND CREEK DHOW CRUISE
After breakfast, check out and proceeds for a half day Dubai city tour. You will experience the historic sites and vibrant cosmopolitan life of Dubai on this comprehensive sightseeing tour of the city. Visit the famous Jumeirah Mosque, stop at Jumeirah Public Beach, passing bay Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and stop for photo at Burj Al Arab the most luxurious and tallest standing hotel in the world. Then pass by the Sheikh's Mohamed palace. Return to the hotel and relax. In the evening pick up from the hotel to board on cruise at creek area. A unique cruise combining views of the Creek and Arabian cuisine. Dhow Cruise is an invitation to drift along Dubai’s famous Creek in a traditional wooden boat. DAY 5: BURJ KHALIFA – WORLD’S TALLEST BUILDING

Later in the evening proceed to Dubai mall to get mesmerize by The Burj Khalifa, tallest building in the world and a global icon. Truly a feat of engineering, the building represents the conceptual heart and soul of the city of Dubai. The unmatched Burj Khalifa view can be taken in from not one but two observations decks – the two-storey At the Top on the 124th and 125th floors, as well as the world’s highest observation deck (555m) on the 148th floor. Important Notes

A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered as a child.
If there are more than 2 passengers and if you are taking a single room in your booking, please contact us as there can be a reduction in price.
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
All local taxes, entrances and services are calculated as on 1st February 2021, any increase in local taxes, entry tickets and other services has to be borne and paid by the traveler/agent.
All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done using a Swiss Pass.
Entrance timings will be as per pre booked. If you reach later than the pre booked timing and miss the sightseeing, then no refund will be entertained, as that will be under 100% cancellation.
Standard Check in time is 1500 hrs and check out is 0900 hrs.
Most of the hotels in Europe are not Air conditioned.

Land surcharges when applicable on certain departure dates, will be notified to you.
If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight- seeing will be arranged.
Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless its closed due to a holiday or any other reason.

Please Note that World of Wonders Travel Pvt. Ltd. (“WOW”) is into Business to Business module and the Travel agent is a customer to WOW. There is no privity of contract between WOW and the end customer. Hence under no circumstances will WOW be held responsible for any grievance of the end.
For any issues or redressal of any grievances, passengers/end customers should approach their Travel agent only from where they have booked their tour.
Any disputes and claims are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bombay High Court at Mumbai.
WOW reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
WOW reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of WOW due to Force Majeure related to weather conditions, strike, etc.
WOW shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
As per EU Laws, all passengers, including children of any age, must be seated and wear the seat belt provided, when using any vehicle service.
If any passenger is not well, it is the responsibility of a travel agent/passengers’ family to bring him/her back from the tour.
In the event of a breakdown of a vehicle on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement vehicle and that you miss out on a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavor to replace the vehicle at the earliest. However sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In this event we are also entitled to use a replacement vehicle that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement vehicle may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or vehicle during your tour shall be payable by you. We will not be liable for the same.
Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India / Government of India regulations.
Tour cost is payable in USD out of BTQ entitlement of the passengers.
PAYMENT TERMS: All payments towards tour price must be made by the client to the company not less than 15 days prior to the tour departure date via Bank Transfer. For travellers holding Indian passport, submission of PAN Card is mandatory for every adult individual travelling. INR payments made towards the foreign exchange component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) prevailing on the day of payment. Payment towards FX component made in INR has to come directly from the passenger keeping with RBI Guidelines. The FX payment is a part of BTQ (Basic Travel Quota) of the Client. Any traveller holding a passport issued by a country other than India (NRI clients) will be required to make payment directly in foreign currency for the foreign currency component of the tour cost and not in INR. Such clients can remit their tour cost directly into our Overseas Nostro Bank Accounts. Payment in INR towards forex component for NRI clients is strictly not permitted.
TOUR PRICE The prices quoted in the brochure/Website are calculated based on rates prevailing at the time of printing the brochure/Website. However, actual tour price payable by traveller’s’ will be calculated & collected as per prevailing rates of exchange at the time of making the final payment. The Company reserves the right to amend before the date of departure, any tour price published in the brochure/Website and accordingly recover applicable surcharges, if any, to make up for foreign currency fluctuations, changes in the various cross rates of exchange, and similar . All such increases in price must be paid for in full before departure by the Tour Participant
BASIC TRAVEL QUOTA It is mandatory for traveller to avail the foreign exchange component of the tour cost out of his BTQ entitlement from an authorized dealer licensed to provide such services as per the guidelines issued by RBI from time to time. You shall pay the foreign exchange component of the total tour cost at the prevailing rate to the dealer along with signed BTQ form & A2 form. As per the current guidelines of RBI, all residents holding Indian Passport are entitled to avail an amount not exceeding US$ 2, 50, 000 or its equivalent in one financial year for one or more private/leisure visits under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ). However, the traveller cannot avail in excess of US $ 3,000 per visit or its equivalent in cash, except as specified in the exceptions provided by the RBI guidelines.
