DAY 02: REJUVINATE IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR RESORT

DAY 03: INDULGE IN WATER SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Based on Tourism Board guidelines if permitted, make a few snorkelling trips or go for scuba diving. DAY 04: PAMPER YOURSELF AT SPA

Ans. : Booking Deposit is Rs.10000/- per person which will be adjusted against the final payment.

Child with bed below 12 year of age - 80% of the adult cost.
Child without Bed below 12 year of age - 65% of the adult cost.
These rates are indicative and the actual cost will depend vary from country to country.

Rates are valid from 15 July to 30 September, 2021.
The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times.
The rates are not valid on block out dates.
Surcharges as and when applicable will be advised and passengers would be requested to pay the same.
The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
Prices are not valid during Trade Fair periods.

International Check in time is 1400 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.

World of Wonders Travel Pvt. Ltd. (“WOW) is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. WOW would not be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.
Please Note that WOW is into Business to Business module and the Travel agent is a customer to WOW. There is no privity of contract between WOW and the end customer. Hence under no circumstances will WOW be held responsible for any grievance of the end customer.
For any issues or redressal of any grievances, passengers/ end customers should approach their Travel agent only from where they have booked their tour.
Any disputes and claims are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bombay High Court at Mumbai.
WOW reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
WOW reserves the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond the control of WOW such as weather conditions, strike, etc.
WOW shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur during the tour, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
Tours are operated subject to Reserve Bank of India / Government of India regulations.
